What you will be doing
- To grow and develop Infrastructure Solutions as a business line, selling these solution offerings to Ricoh’s existing and new customers.
- To support and drive the sales teams to sell data center and infrastructure solutions and be a key subject matter expert in this field to help generate and close sales opportunities.
- To ensure maximum margin and annuity revenue on all Data Center and Networking solutions orders by promoting the value of Ricoh.
- To proactively build positive relationships across Ricoh’s business to enable and promote Data Center and Networking solutions.
- To build commercial awareness of Data Center and Networking solutions aligned with Ricoh sales team.
- To continually develop knowledge of Data Center and Networking solutions.
- To articulate the Data Center and Networking solutions offering to new and existing customers while understanding their key business challenges.
- To manage all sales administration relating to opportunities and sales wins processed in the Ricoh CRM system.
- To build effective relationships within the relevant Ricoh teams to ensure project implementation is delivered efficiently.
- To develop a pipeline of opportunity to allow the potential of over-achievement of targets.
- To work with Marketing to ensure appropriate & effective marketing activity.
You will ideally have
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets along with a high level technical understanding of Data Center and Networking solutions.
- Solution sales experience, preferably with a high level of experience within the Cloud and Infrastructure solutions industry.
- Experience influencing senior management across various departments within mid to large corporates.
Skills Required
- First class sales and relationship building (internal and external).
- Self-motivation and proactivity.
- Able to deliver engaging presentations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of data centre and networking solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisation skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritise.
- Intermediate level in all MS Office Packages.
