Responsibilities

  • Accountable for driving sales across new and existing customers within an assigned territory, ensuring adequate pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Understand and articulate Modern Workplace Supplies portfolio and Ricoh’s value proposition, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to enhance credibility with customers.
  • Communicate product updates, promotions and incentives; collaborate with internal teams to plan, agree and deliver sales and marketing activities, ensuring successful execution of campaigns and events to increase brand visibility, customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Prospect, account map and engage with new and existing customers to create and develop sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across Ricoh vendor network to enable successful engagement and promote products and services maximizing potential opportunities.
  • Lead proposals, relevant bid or tender engagements for Modern Workplace Supplies opportunities to ensure high quality proposals and an increased win rate.
  • Manage regular forecasting, monthly reporting and CRM management to track progress against budget.
