Location: Northampton, United Kingdom β Settlements & Terminations team.
You will play a key role in ensuring settlement requests and related processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and legal requirements. A strong focus on meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering excellent customer service is essential.
Responsibilities- Processing all settlement requests accurately and within agreed SLAs, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Handling incoming queries from both internal and external customers, providing timely and professional support
- Managing correspondence effectively, maintaining organised records and responding within agreed timeframes
- Developing a strong understanding of lease agreements (service and rental) and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Working collaboratively within the Settlements team to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with any experience of Oracle or Siebel an advantage
- Ability to interpret data and present information clearly
