We're now looking for an Order to Contract Specialist to join our Ricoh Business Services (RBS) team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Northampton.

You will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working within the Order to Contract (OTC) team, you'll handle the end-to-end order entry process in Oracle/Siebel, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

  • Enter customer orders into Oracle/Siebel based on information from the Sales team
  • Check and validate contract details — pricing, billing, assets, and approvals
  • Monitor order progress and ensure smooth delivery through to invoicing
  • Manage queries from Sales, PSC, and customers
  • Create and terminate service and lease contracts as required
  • Ensure SLAs are met and "first time right" data accuracy is achieved
  • Identify process improvements to drive performance and efficiency
  • Uphold Ricoh's core values and deliver excellent customer experiences

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in administration, data entry, or reporting
  • Strong customer service background (internal or external)
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems — Oracle or Siebel experience desirable
  • Great attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • A team player with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration
