Responsibilities
- Act as a Ricoh ambassador, exceeding performance expectations and productivity levels, leading by example, displaying values positively, sharing successes, and mentoring potential Account Directors.
- Achieve and drive forward assigned sales targets to ensure overall divisional budget requirements are met.
- Provide strategic insight regarding the customer’s business/vertical and help customers think differently, bringing new ideas and innovative ways to solve their challenges.
- Use a consultative selling approach to understand and diagnose customers’ underlying problems or challenges, identifying new, sustainable, customised solutions across core business, ITS, RGS and Outsourcing.
- Enhance brand credibility as a Digital Services Business, recognised as a trusted partner within the industry.
- Reduce complexity and risk for customers by facilitating purchasing decisions that align with long‑term strategy.
- Drive sales, margins and deliver customer value in any economic environment.
- Protect premium pricing through well‑designed solutions sales.
- Identify key stakeholders and personas strategically, using account plans to drive future sales opportunities.
- Determine metrics to measure success and identify ROI, demonstrating added value to customers’ businesses.
- Maintain accurate sales data in assigned accounts and update relevant sales systems.

- Significant experience in B2B, Public Sector and Key Account sales.
- Demonstrable track record of clean sales and end‑to‑end sales process management.
