Responsibilities
- Report any non-compliance with Company and departmental processes, wilful damage of machinery/equipment, or employee negligence to waste Company resources including time, materials and property.
- Ensure all job requests are accurately logged into the appropriate job management system.
- Ensure that at the end of the shift all information is entered onto the shift handover log, where applicable.
- Escalate to Line Manager when stock levels are low.
- Attend and contribute to monthly meetings.
- Follow instructions from Site Services Manager.
- Provide telephony support to the client by timely response to incidents assigned via the client’s incident management system, where required.
- Provide onsite management of the client fleet in accordance with contractual requirements, where applicable.
- Provide additional services to the client, as requested, in accordance with the contract.
- Ensure Mail room equipment is serviceable and operable during contractual hours.
- Ensure/Manage post is delivered on time according to the site SLA.
- Assist/manage in all post room services.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages.
- Effective team leadership skills.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good knowledge of outsourcing processes.
