What you will be doing:
- Responsible for ensuring maximum margin and annuity revenue on all IT Managed Services orders by promoting the value of Ricoh to achieve targets and exceed where possible.
- Proactively build positive relationships across Ricoh’s business to enable and promote Managed Services and be recognised as the IT Managed Services Specialist to support in customer meetings and the development and closure of opportunities.
- Responsible for building commercial awareness of IT Managed Services with aligned Ricoh sales teams to maximise opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Continually develop knowledge of IT Managed Services to maximise opportunities and competitive advantage.
- Accountable for articulating the Managed Services offering to new and existing customers, while understanding and identifying the customer’s key business challenges that would open up opportunities, and ensuring best‑in‑class customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage all sales administration for IT Managed Services opportunities and sales wins processed in the Ricoh CRM system and write effective proposals to extract management information for business activity review.
- Build effective relationships within the relevant Ricoh teams to ensure project implementation is delivered efficiently.
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities to enable the potential of over‑achievement of targets and provide accurate forecasting on a weekly and monthly basis using Ricoh’s CRM system.
- Lead the virtual customer bid team to successfully deliver proposals, statements of work and contracts.
- Negotiate statements of work and contracts with a full understanding of the commercial impact of such negotiations with internal key stakeholders, the customer and subcontractors.
You will ideally have:
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- A high‑level technical understanding of the services and solutions sold.
- Experience influencing senior management across mid‑ to large‑scale corporates.
- A strong grasp of value‑based sales.
