At Ricoh Europe, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Group IT PMO. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale strategic initiatives across digital transformation, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business change programmes.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading projects from concept through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll:
- Lead large-scale business and digital transformation programmes across Europe.
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement, PMO best practice and knowledge sharing.
- Coach and mentor project teams while promoting Agile ways of working.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and align with strategic objectives.
