Ricoh Europe’s Communication Services team is looking for a proactive Sales Support professional to partner with our Business Development Managers and ensure world-class support for our customers across international markets.
About the Role
As Sales Support, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end sales cycle, from quotation through to order processing and operational handover. Working closely with two Business Development Managers, you’ll be at the centre of customer communication, documentation, reporting, and process coordination. What you will be doing:
- Manage the full order process for standard AV solutions.
- Create accurate, professional quotations for existing customers.
- Support international pricing requests with manufacturers.
- Own and monitor the CS team Sales Mailbox.
- Produce customer handover packs and liaise with Operations.
- Keep pricing files, CRM, and internal systems up to date.
- Be a friendly, professional point of contact for customer queries.
- Maintain customer dashboards and or reports for weekly calls.
General Support:
- Assist the Bid Team with admin, documentation, and clarifications.
- Contribute to sales process improvement activities.
- Support the Business Development Director with adhoc tasks.
- Produce customer-facing and internal reports using CRM and other systems.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and reporting packs.
Key Relationships:
Internal: You’ll work closely with Business Development Managers, the Bid Team and Operations and the wider global teams within the Operating Companies, collaborating to deliver a seamless experience for customers.
External: You’ll engage with customers, manufacturers, technology vendors, and AV industry partners, helping promote Ricoh CS and maintaining strong professional networks.
How Your Success Will Be Measured:
- Timely delivery of quotes within agreed SLAs.
- Accurate, complete handovers to Operations.
- High-quality and reliable sales reporting.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in Audio Visual or sales administration (preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with sales CRM systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to juggle workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Engaging writing style and strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting business development teams.
Education:
- Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
