Change your job, change your workplace, change your future. We're looking for an International Accounts Business Development Manager to join our growing EMEA team, based in London and focused on driving sales and growth of Ricoh Spaces, our innovative SaaS Workplace Management Platform.
As an International Accounts Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our footprint across the EMEA region. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with Câlevel stakeholders, and delivering a worldâclass customer experience.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Ricoh Spaces across the EMEA region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key international accounts and strategic customer segments.
- Establish a structured sales approach including forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Câlevel decision-makers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead client meetings, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities, feeding into sales and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with teams including PreâSales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT â and lead on crossâborder RFPs where required.
- Driving growth of Ricoh Spaces across international accounts.
- Developing new business within large multinational organisations.
- Representing Ricoh Spaces as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
- Managing complex, multiâstage sales cycles.
- Providing market insights that help shape the product roadmap.
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Business, IT, or equivalent commercial/technical experience (e.g. Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager).
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within enterprise or multinational environments.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling to Câlevel stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or digital workplace platforms.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA.
- Proactive, target-driven communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience within workplace management solutions is preferred.
