  • Contribute to talent management, succession planning and development discussions to help identify and build future capability.
  • Work with leaders to support attraction, development, engagement and retention initiatives.

HR Programmes, Policies & Processes

  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programmes and frameworks across areas including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, onboarding and retention.
  • Support the development, communication and application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance and conduct issues.
  • Partner with managers to investigate and resolve employee relations cases in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Ensure employment practices are compliant with relevant legislation and company policies, escalating complex cases where appropriate.

HR Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse HR data and people metrics to identify trends and areas of focus.
  • Support the development of reports and insights that inform workforce planning, engagement initiatives and business decision‑making.
  • Use data and evidence to help recommend practical people solutions.

Change & Organisational Effectiveness

  • Support organisational change initiatives and transformation programmes within the business area.
  • Assist leaders in managing change effectively by promoting engagement, communication and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee experience.
