We’re looking for a dynamic Business Consultant, specializing in Subscriptions / Service Contracts, to join our team on a 14-month basis. As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role within the Finance, Leasing & Contracts workstream of our IT Business Relationship & Solution Design team.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to Subscriptions / Service Contracts, ensuring timely delivery, system configuration, testing, and training.
- Collaborate with management to understand system requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Work within a cross-functional scrum team on solution design and system changes.
- Document system configurations, designs, and processes clearly and accurately.
- Conduct internal training sessions for support teams to facilitate system adoption.
- Oversee data migration processes and resolve issues as they arise.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in systems and processes with management approval.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders across different teams and cultures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience with Subscription / Service Contracts and understanding of related processes.
- Strong business analytical skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
- Proficiency in Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle eBusiness 11i, R12, Fusion) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with project management and integration of Cloud and non-Cloud modules is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second European language (French, Spanish, or German) is advantageous.
