Ricoh Europe is seeking a Global Solutions Consultant to join our European Technology Centre in London. This pivotal role partners with our global and strategic major account customers, providing expert consultancy to design and deliver innovative, large‑scale technology solutions across international markets. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with clients to define and refine their business and technical architectures, develop robust, commercially sound proposals that underpin multimillion‑euro contracts, and be a key voice in shaping digital transformation strategies across Ricoh’s enterprise customers. Fluency in German or French (written and spoken) is essential for this role, due to the high proportion of German and French‑speaking clients and stakeholders you will engage with across EMEA.
What you will be doing:
- Lead customer workshops to capture and translate business and technical requirements into actionable designs.
- Develop high‑quality solution documentation and deliver persuasive customer presentations.
- Create architecture designs, configuration plans, and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with global sales and project teams to deliver structured, winning RFx responses.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Technology Consultants and Specialists.
- Manage the technical relationship with designated global customers, introducing new technologies and opportunities.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in German or French and English (written and spoken) – this is a non‑negotiable requirement.
- Experienced in direct, customer‑facing consultancy experience, ideally with Fortune Global 500 clients.
- Proven expertise in server‑based or enterprise technology solutions within printing, networking, IT infrastructure, document management, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge and certifications in one or more of the following: MCSE / TOGAF 9 / ITIL / COBIT / ISEB / CDIA+ Business Process Improvement or System Design.
- Experience with pre‑sales, discovery, and solution design processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report‑writing skills.
- A confident facilitator with the ability to influence stakeholders from technical to executive level.
