The Head of Production plays a central role in shaping, leading, and delivering Rick Shiels Media’s filming and production output throughout the year. This is a hands‑on position that combines production management, technical camera operation, and team leadership. The role demands creative problem‑solving, exceptional organisation, and the ability to manage every aspect of production from concept to delivery while maintaining technical quality, budget control, and team efficiency. This is a 12-month fixed‑term role, ideal for an experienced production professional with a strong understanding of both creative and technical workflows within media and sports.
