About the role

Location: Croxley Green, Rickmansworth

Contract type: Term Time Plus 6 Additional days and 1 INSET Day (September)

Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 15:50 and Friday 08:00- 15:20 (this includes an unpaid 20 minute lunch break).

Salary: H5 9-14 £27,254- £29,540 (Actual Salary - £24,530.67 - £26,512.40 per annum pro rata)

Start Date: September 2026

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of the Sixth Form and provide high-quality administrative support to students, staff, parents and carers and external stakeholders.

As a Sixth Form Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Sixth Form. You will provide professional administrative support across a range of areas, including:

  • Student records
  • Attendance
  • Examinations
  • Communications
  • Events
  • University and careers-related processes

You will be an integral part of the Sixth Form team, helping to create a supportive, organised and welcoming environment for students as they progress through this important stage of their education. Your organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders will be essential in supporting the high standards and smooth running of the Sixth Form.
