Rickmansworth Park JMI School is seeking a headteacher to lead the school into its next phase, as our current headteacher moves on to a new challenge, following many years of committed, successful and highly valued leadership. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a thriving one-form entry primary school with an Outstanding Ofsted judgement, a strong local reputation and a supportive community. The school is oversubscribed, financially secure and well placed for the future, with a committed staff team and an experienced governing body.

The successful candidate will provide clear and visible leadership, working collaboratively with others and bringing their own leadership style, ideas and experience. Governors are proud of what has been achieved and are looking for a headteacher who can build on existing strengths while identifying opportunities for thoughtful development, rather than change for its own sake.
