At Rickard Luckin, we offer a unique opportunity for technically strong personal tax professionals (CTA qualified) to apply their skills in a wider advisory capacity, working with business owners who trust us to guide them through both personal and business decisions. Our team acts for a diverse client base of owner managed businesses, helping them with succession planning, tax‑efficient strategies and broader growth ambitions. We combine technical strength with a personal approach, building relationships that go beyond compliance.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong grounding in personal tax and is keen to develop advisory experience in areas such as:

  • Tax-efficient structuring for business owners and their families
  • Succession planning and business exit strategies
  • Corporate reorganisations with personal tax implications
  • Advice on share schemes and profit extraction
  • Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and tax risk management

About You

  • CTA qualified (or nearing completion)
  • Experienced in managing personal tax for owner‑managed business clients
  • Interested in moving into advisory and strategic projects
  • Commercially aware, proactive and keen to develop your advisory skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to explain complex tax matters clearly
  • Team player, motivated by helping clients make informed decisions
