Pay - £ per hour (£22,477 per year if working a 35 hour week) £ per hour for under 18s. Plus up to £8,200 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years earnings), giving total potential earnings of £29,312 per year.

Flexible shifts with part and full time options. We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Waiter or Waitress to join our friendly team at our stunning restaurant in Sandbanks, Poole. Our Story:

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.

Good to know:

  • Uniform - You’ll need smart black shoes and black trousers. We will provide you with a shirt and apron.
  • We can provide support with local parking permit.
  • Access to discounted taxi rates.
  • Hours - We can be flexible on hours worked per week / day, but we require all our team to participate in opening and closing the restaurant throughout the week, meaning you could be asked to work until 1am some nights. Please only apply for this role if you are able to fulfil this requirement.

Rick Stein Sandbanks was opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in November 2015, a beautifully bright restaurant enjoying views across the water on Sandbanks Road. Guests can enjoy a casual lunch with classic dishes such as crab salads and moules marinière, alongside seafood dishes including dover sole meunière, turbot hollandaise and fruits de mer.
