What you’ll be doing
- Delivering relaxed, memorable dining experiencesfor every guest
- Leading a section during service and supporting thewider front-of-house team
- Sharing expert knowledge of our menus, dailyspecials, wines, and drinks
- Anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful,confident recommendations
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensureseamless service
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members duringservice
- Upholding the high standards that define the RickStein name at all times
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, positive attitude and a naturalsense of hospitality
- Previous waiting experience, with confidencerunning a section independently
- A genuine interest in food, wine, and seafood
- Strong communication skills and confidenceengaging with guests
- A team player who thrives in a busy,professional environment
- Someonewho leads by example and takes pride in great service
