What you’ll be doing
- Leadingand supporting the bar team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and friendlyservice
- Preparingand serving drinks to a high standard, including wines, cocktails, beers,and soft drinks
- Creatinga welcoming, relaxed atmosphere at the bar for every guest
- Trainingand coaching bar staff in drinks knowledge, upselling, and guestengagement
- Managingbar stock, ordering, and deliveries to maintain a well-organised bar
- Sharingknowledge of our drink’s menu, wines, and daily specials with the team andguests
- Takingand processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuringcompliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
- Collaboratingwith the restaurant and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service flow
What we’re looking for
- Previousbar experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strongknowledge of drinks, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to trainothers
- Excellentcommunication and leadership skills, inspiring a team to deliverexceptional service
- Afriendly, positive attitude and genuine love of hospitality
- Abilityto work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Greatattention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliable,team-focused, and proactive approach
