We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Deli Manager to lead our deli, deepen relationships with local suppliers and farmers, and engage with the community through food. This is a unique opportunity for someone who knows their local food scene, enjoys supporting independent producers, and wants to create a deli experience that reflects the very best of the local area.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the day-to-day running of the deli
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local farmers, producers, and artisan suppliers
- Managing ordering, stock control, margins, and waste
- Ensuring excellent food safety, hygiene, and legal compliance standards
- Leading, training, and developing the deli team
- Delivering knowledgeable, friendly service and advice to customers about locally sourced produce

- Previous experience managing a delicatessen or farm shop
