We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Assistant Manager to join our front‑of‑house team. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily front‑of‑house operations
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensuring all service standards are upheld across the restaurant
- Managing staff rotas, training, and performance development
- Maintaining high standards in food, drink, and service knowledge, and sharing this with the team
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless, efficient service
- Driving sales, upselling, and operational performance
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a professional hospitality environment
