We’re now looking for a friendly and confident Bar Person to join our front-of-house team. If you love great drinks, enjoy chatting with guests, and take pride in delivering warm, professional service, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, including wines, cocktails, beers, and soft drinks
- Creating a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere at the bar for every guest
- Sharing knowledge of our drinks menu, wines, and daily specials
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Keeping the bar clean, organised, and well stocked
- Following all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, positive attitude and genuine love of hospitality
- Previous bar experience or a strong desire to learn
- Confidence speaking with guests and making recommendations
- Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
