If you are looking to gain experience in a top-class celebrity kitchen, we are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team in Padstow.

What you\’ll be getting up to:

  • Open the kitchen and be ready for service
  • Ability to run all sections
  • Prepare dishes in line with company specs at all times
  • Control and support sections in achieving service times
  • Support the Head or Sous Chef on duty to ensure a smooth service and deputise in their absence
  • Prep food in line with prep lists
  • Close down / hand over the kitchen, clean and tidy with full prep list written
  • Lead a health and safety culture, be food safety compliant, following all procedures and policies in every aspect
  • Be involved in menu planning and stock control
  • Participate in management meetings and future planning
  • Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times
  • Deliver hospitality from your heart
