What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the kitchen team in deliveringhigh-quality dishes consistently
- Preparing fresh ingredients to specification andhigh standards
- Learning and working across different sectionsof the kitchen
- Following recipes, food safety, and hygienestandards at all times
- Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, andgeneral kitchen organisation
- Working closely with senior chefs to developyour skills and confidence
What we’re looking for
- A passion for food and a genuine interest incooking
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busykitchen
- Strong attention to detail and pride in yourwork
- Basic kitchen experience or cateringqualification is helpful, but not essential
- A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic, andhardworking
