What you'll be doing:
- Taking ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal ingredients with consistency, care and attention to detail
- Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver smooth, organised service
- Supporting and developing Commis Chefs and junior team members, sharing your knowledge and leading by example
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with stock control, food rotation and reducing waste to help keep the kitchen running efficiently

- Experience as a Chef de Partie, or is a confident Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress

- Strong attention to detail and pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practice
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support those around you

The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow is famous for establishing an international reputation for the very freshest fish and shellfish, often landed on our doorstep.
