We are now looking for a confident experienced Head Bar Person to lead our bar team and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the bar team ensuring smooth, efficient and friendly service
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard including wines, cocktails, beers and soft drinks
- Creating a welcoming relaxed atmosphere at the bar for every guest
- Training and coaching bar staff in drinks knowledge, upselling and guest engagement
- Managing bar stock, ordering and deliveries to maintain a well-organised bar
- Sharing knowledge of our drinks menu, wines and daily specials with the team and guests
- Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Collaborating with the restaurant and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service flow
What we're looking for:
- Previous bar experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of drinks, wines and cocktails with the ability to train others
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, inspiring a team to deliver exceptional service
- A friendly positive attitude and genuine love of hospitality
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliable, team-focused and proactive approach
