What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces are clean, tidy, and presented to brand standards
  • Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
  • Cleaning bathrooms, floors, windows, and surfaces to the highest standards
  • Reporting maintenance issues or damage promptly
  • Supporting a safe, organised, and hygienic working environment
  • Assisting with laundry, stock control, and housekeeping supplies
  • Working closely with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
