What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces are clean, tidy, and presented to brand standards
- Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities
- Cleaning bathrooms, floors, windows, and surfaces to the highest standards
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage promptly
- Supporting a safe, organised, and hygienic working environment
- Assisting with laundry, stock control, and housekeeping supplies
- Working closely with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
