We’re now looking for an experienced People Partner to join our team and champion the growth, engagement, and wellbeing of our people across our restaurants, rooms, and shops. What you’ll be doing:
- Work alongside the Operations Director and site leaders, be present, visible, embedded in the operation
- Translate the Operations Director's standards and expectations into consistent leadership practice across sites
- Be the thinking partner the Operations Director can call when something is brewing before it becomes a problem
- Ensure active ER cases are resolved or well-managed before peak, no loose ends
- Support managers in having the conversations they’ve been putting off—performance, behaviour, expectation-setting
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as an HR business partner or people-focused role in hospitality or a fast-paced operational environment
- CIPD level 5
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and coach at all levels
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and employee relations
- Confident in delivering solutions in recruitment, development, performance, and engagement
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for people and culture
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while building positive relationships across teams
