- What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes tobrand standards
- Setting up and organising the kitchen for a smooth breakfast service
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared consistently and presented beautifully
- Managing breakfast prep, including breads, pastries, and hot dishes
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Managing stock, labelling, rotation, and minimising waste
- Ensuring efficient service during busy morning periods
- Supporting the training and development of junior team members
- Assisting with prep for later services where required

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (breakfastexperience desirable)
- A passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently during early morning shifts
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Calm and reliable under pressure
- Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the kitchen team
- Flexibility to support the wider kitchen when needed
