We’re now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

If you’re at the start of your chef career, love working with great ingredients, and want to learn from experienced chefs in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes consistently
  • Preparing fresh ingredients to specification and high standards
  • Learning and working across different sections of the kitchen
  • Following recipes, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen organisation
  • Working closely with senior chefs to develop your skills and confidence
  • What we’re looking for
  • A passion for food and a genuine interest in cooking
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Basic kitchen experience or catering qualification is helpful, but not essential
  • A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking
