We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bar Person to lead our bar team at our beautiful Sandbanks restaurant, Poole, Dorset. As an employer committed to diversity and inclusivity, we are a Disability Confident and Committed Employer.

Responsibilities
  • Creating beautiful drinks and cocktails for our guests
  • Recommending drink pairings with food
  • Preparing the bar for a smooth service
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Leading the bar team to deliver a quality experience for our guests
  • Developing, training and inspiring the bar team to continuously improve
  • Working alongside the restaurant manager to find ways to make guests and staff smile
  • Working with senior management to develop the bar menu
  • Planning rotas, events and holidays to ensure the smooth running of your bar
  • Controlling the bar from a sustainability, financial and quality driven perspective
Qualifications & Experience

This is a great opportunity for a Bar Person to progress, or for a current Senior Bar Person. We’re looking for someone who has worked in restaurants or pubs, puts their heart and loyalty into the role, is aware of guest needs and can effectively lead, inspire and develop a team.
