This is a practical, leadership-focused role requiring someone who can take ownership of operational delivery, lead by example, and act as a key point of contact for both staff and guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the General Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the FOH team
  • Assist with daily operations including service flow, reservations, and staff scheduling
  • Ensure service standards are consistently delivered in line with Fistral’s concept
  • Monitor and manage labour, sales, and operational performance
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety, licensing, and operational standards
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining FOH team members
  • Act as a visible, hands-on leader on the floor during service
  • Support the execution of events, promotions, and specials
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture
  • Step in for the General Manager as required, maintaining high standards and smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Senior FOH Leader in a quality-led hospitality business
  • Passion for hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable experiences
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Commercial awareness including understanding labour management and performance metrics
  • Calm, organised, and confident under pressure
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
  • Commitment to building inclusive, engaged, and high-performing teams
  • Excited to support the growth and evolution of Fistral’s new concept

What You’ll Get

  • Opportunity to work closely with a talented General Manager and leadership team
  • Input into service standards, guest experience, and team development
  • Strong support from senior leadership and career development opportunities
  • Competitive salary plus progression pathway
  • A chance to be part of an iconic coastal business entering an exciting new phase
  • A collaborative, people-focused, quality-driven working environment
