We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bar Person to lead our bar team at our beautiful Sandbanks restaurant, Poole, Dorset. As an employer committed to diversity and inclusivity, we are a Disability Confident and Committed Employer.
Responsibilities
- Creating beautiful drinks and cocktails for our guests
- Recommending drink pairings with food
- Preparing the bar for a smooth service
- Maintaining stock levels
- Leading the bar team to deliver a quality experience for our guests
- Developing, training and inspiring the bar team to continuously improve
- Working alongside the restaurant manager to find ways to make guests and staff smile
