- What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality pub dishes and handcrafted pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food consistently
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Working across different sections of the kitchen, depending on your experience and role
- Preparing, stretching and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard where required
- Contributing ideas, sharing knowledge, and continually developing your skills
- Depending on your experience, supporting and mentoring junior team members
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for great food and hospitality
- Experience in a professional kitchen appropriate to your level
- Pizza-making experience is welcomed for Pizza Chef roles, but we're equally keen to hear from chefs with broader kitchen experience
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistently great food
- A reliable, hardworking team player with excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
