What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and producing high-quality desserts
- Following recipes and specifications to ensure consistency across service
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering smooth, successful services
- Ensuring all desserts are presented beautifully and to brand standards
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices
- Managing stock, labelling, rotation, and minimising waste in the pastry section
- Learning and developing new pastry techniques and skills
- Supporting the training and mentoring of junior kitchen team members
- Contributing creative ideas for dessert menus, specials, and seasonal items

- Previous experience in a pastry or professional kitchen role
- A passion for baking, desserts, and high-quality ingredients
