What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency, care and attention to detail
- Setting up your section each morning, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth and organised service
- Delivering efficient service while maintaining exceptional food quality during busy breakfast periods
- Preparing fresh ingredients and ensuring stock is organised for the day ahead
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure a seamless transition between breakfast and later services
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
- Supporting colleagues across the kitchen and contributing to a positive team environment

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen role
- A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, quality ingredients
- A calm, organised approach and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent time management and the ability to prepare for service independently
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen best practice
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider kitchen team
- Pride in delivering every dish to a consistently high standard
