We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Assistant Manager to join our front‑of‑house team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily front‑of‑house operations
  • Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Ensuring all service standards are upheld across the restaurant
  • Managing staff rotas, training, and performance development
  • Maintaining high standards in food, drink, and service knowledge, and sharing this with the team
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless, efficient service
  • Driving sales, upselling, and operational performance
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant‑management role in a professional hospitality environment
