We are looking for an experienced Senior Bar Person to lead our bar team at our beautiful Sandbanks restaurant in Poole, Dorset.

Pay

£10.80 per hour (£22,464 per year for a 40‑hour week). Plus up to £8,200 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last year's earnings).

Responsibilities

  • Creating beautiful drinks and cocktails for our guests
  • Recommending drink pairings with food
  • Preparing the bar for a smooth service
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Leading the bar team to deliver a quality experience for our guests
  • Developing, training and inspiring your bar team to continuously improve
  • Working alongside the restaurant manager to find ways to make guests and staff smile
  • Working with our Senior Management Team and Rick, Jack & Charlie Stein to develop your bar menu
  • Planning rotas, events and holidays to ensure the smooth running of your bar
  • Controlling the bar from a sustainability, financial and quality driven perspective

Qualifications & Experience

This role is ideal for a Bar Person looking to progress, or a current Senior Bar Person seeking new challenges. Applicants should have experience in restaurants or pubs, be passionate about guest service, and possess the ability to lead, inspire and develop a team.
