A New Chapter Fistral is entering an exciting new era as we evolve into a more drinks-led, social, beach-bar inspired destination. To support this next phase, we’re reshaping our leadership team across both Kitchen and Front of House, and we’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the FOH operation and deliver outstanding guest experiences. As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring service standards, team performance, and commercial targets are consistently achieved. You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader who inspires the FOH team, builds strong guest relationships, and works closely with the Head Chef to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from drinks to dining. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Senior FOH Leader in a quality-led hospitality business
