We’re looking for a Guest Experience Trainer to join the Rick Stein People Team, to train, coach, and support frontline team members ensuring consistent delivery of operational standards, service excellence, and flow of hospitality. The role will include spedning 3 weeks in Cornwall and 1 week at our out of county restaurants per month.

What You\’ll Be Getting Up To
- Deliver on the floor training to new and existing team members in the restaurants.
- Reinforce training from onboarding or eLearning (e.g., MAPAL) with practical guidance.
- Identify individual learning needs and adjust coaching styles accordingly.
- Training support with team briefs to ensure consistency
- Observe guest interactions and provide constructive, on-the-spot feedback.
- Act as a role model for customer service, and teamwork.
- Provide feedback to management on training gaps or performance issues.
- Help implement new initiatives (menu items, promotions, processes) by training teams.
