We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Front‑of‑House Supervisor to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and motivating the front‑of‑house team during service
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of your section and the wider restaurant
- Delivering relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
- Sharing expert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
- Anticipating guest needs and providing thoughtful, confident recommendations
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills
- Liaising closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Upholding the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times
- Assisting management with daily operational tasks, including staff scheduling and training
