We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Assistant Manager to join our front‑of‑house team. If you love leading teams, delivering exceptional hospitality, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily front‑of‑house operations
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensuring all service standards are upheld across the restaurant
- Managing staff rotas, training, and performance development
- Maintaining high standards in food, drink, and service knowledge, and sharing this with the team
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless, efficient service
- Driving sales, upselling, and operational performance
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a professional hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with guests and colleagues
- A genuine passion for food, wine, and exceptional service
- A hands‑on, proactive approach with a focus on teamwork and operational excellence
