Role Description
The varied role includes servicing and repairing customers vehicles, preparing and servicing various types of vehicles for sale, fault diagnosis, MOT testing, clutch and timing belt/chain replacement, general servicing, tyre fitting and balancing, general repairs, air conditioning re‑gas, test drives to diagnose faults, recording all faults & findings. EV and hybrid experience would be an advantage.
Candidate Requirements
- You must be qualified and have experience in vehicle mechanics and have your own tools.
- Ideal candidate will be level 1, 2 and 3 qualified (or equivalent).
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Be a current MOT Tester.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be a team player with a strong customer focus.
- Have strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
- Be enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Have ability to work efficiently under pressure.
