POSITION OVERVIEW
The Head Chef leads the kitchen brigade and is responsible for the delivery of consistently high-quality food, menu development, kitchen operations, and compliance with food safety standards. A culinary leader who inspires the team and embodies the Richoux philosophy of quality and elegance. OPERATIONS:
- Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company food safety regulations.

- Oversee mise en place, cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen facilities.
PEOPLE:
