Hey there, cake & coffee lover! We’re Richmonds Cake & Coffee Co, a tight-knit, cake-obsessed crew led by Immy and her dream team of managers. We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, experienced Brunch Chef to join our year-round, full-time team.
About the Role:
- Full time - min 120hrs per month
- Permanent, year-round contract
- Typically Wednesday-Sunday, 8:30am-3:00pm
- Based mainly in Newport, with some occasional shifts in Cowes
- No annual leave permitted during Cowes Week.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving licence + access to own vehicle is advantageous.
- Great time management & self-motivation.
- Confident to take the lead, will be mainly solo working.
- A genuine love for all things cake, coffee & brunch!
- A team player mindset with a team player attitude.
- Ability to maintain a 5* food hygiene rating.
