We’re Richmonds Cake & Coffee Co, a tight-knit, cake-obsessed crew led by Immy and her dream team of managers. We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, experienced Barista & Baker to join our year‑round team.

About the Role

Part Time available (min 17hrs/week), with extra available to cover holidays/sickness, Permanent, year‑round contract, Includes weekend shifts, Based Newport. No annual leave permitted during Cowes Week.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role (baking ideally)
  • A full UK driving licence + own vehicle
