Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a hotel, banqueting, events, or high-volume kitchen environment.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, with a primary focus on leading and overseeing our Banqueting operation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional food for weddings, conferences, private events, and special occasions. While the role will predominantly support the Banqueting department, you will also work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to provide support across the main kitchen operation when required.
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of all banqueting services, maintaining high food quality standards, supporting menu execution, and leading the team during service. You will also contribute to the wider success of the kitchen by assisting with day-to-day operations, mentoring junior team members, and helping to drive consistency and excellence across all food outlets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who is looking to take ownership of a key area of the kitchen operation, contribute to menu development, and play an important leadership role within the brigade.
