Kingston and Richmond Safeguarding Children Partnership is a partnership between the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, the City of Kingston, and the Borough of Richmond. We work to ensure that children and families in our communities receive the best possible protection and support.
Position Details
- Coordinator (PO3) – Permanent, Full Time
- Office bases in Twickenham & Kingston; work from home flexible arrangements available.
Objective of Role
Are you passionate about safeguarding children? Would you like to work with a range of partner agencies, service providers, professionals, third sector organisations and other stakeholders to respond to the needs and interests of children and families across Kingston and Richmond?
About The Role
- Experience of working in children's safeguarding
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding legislation, statutory frameworks and national policy affecting services for children and young people
- Experience of working in or contributing to multi‑agency services to safeguard children and young people
- Experience of working with a range of partner agencies, service providers, professionals, third sector organisations and other stakeholders
- Good communication skills both written and verbal and have good ICT skills including proficiency with Microsoft package

- Experience of working in or contributing to multi‑agency services to safeguard children and young people.
- Experience of working with a range of partner agencies, service providers, professionals, third sector organisations and other stakeholders.
- Experience of producing business plans, policy documents, briefing notes, website content and other documents.
- Experience of collecting, analysing, interpreting and reporting data and other performance information.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use different communication styles and techniques to present ideas and influence others.
