We’re looking for a personable Sales Advisor to join our driven sales team. Someone who’ll promote sales of all Richmond products and services to meet achievable targets – always leaving a positive and professional impression on our future residents and their families.
You can count on a thorough induction when you start to help you settle into your new role, followed by ongoing training and development including access to apprenticeships. This also includes access to our online portal with a variety of resources to aid personal development and free access to LinkedIn Learning.
You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By:
- Manage sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care home, assisted living and independent living, as well as Richmond Retreat bookings.
- Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager.
- Host client visits and follow‑up calls, identifying key referral groups.
- Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function.
- Develop and maintain a high profile within the local community to promote the Village.
- Maximise profit performance of Village sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Deal with all relevant admin such as effective budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports.
Above all, you’ll show courtesy and respect to residents and relatives at all times.
Because we care for vulnerable people, you will need to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost (£40).
